Paul Grant has a solo law practice dedicated to pursuing justice and preserving liberty and property. His major areas of practice are criminal defense, Constitutional Law, First and Second Amendment law, and commercial and construction litigation. In criminal cases, his emphasis is on acquittals and dismissals, not capitulation. In Constitutional Law, he specializes in Election Law, Free Speech, Second Amendment Rights and Trial Rights. In commercial litigation, he assists those whose economic rights need protecting.

Mr. Grant handles civil and criminal trials and appeals, in state and federal courts. He serves on the Board of Legal Advisors of The Initiative and Referendum Institute.
